We are aware that there was an unplanned outage in Ion over the weekend which impacted some of our customers. This has been successfully resolved by our engineering team. The disruption was identified to be a result of a glitch in the Let's Encrypt win-acme process and an update in IIS SSL bindings.
Rest assured, we have taken immediate action to rectify the issue, and our team is actively monitoring the system. We have also implemented necessary measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
